Summary

The year 2023 produced more than a succession of crises: it revealed the interdependence of geopolitical, economic, social, technological, and environmental risks. This strategic report organizes those signals to explore their possible effects on international relations in 2024. A subsequent evaluation found that the report achieved approximately 82% foresight accuracy. Prepared as part of my work with CESPE-ESPE.
